Our CEO and Founder was born in Atlanta and was raised in California. When she had her first experience with sexual assault she was 13 years old. The experience made her feel worthless, unseen, depressed, anxious, angry and unsafe in her own skin, as time went on she became self loathing, and suicidal. For the last 7 years she has been on a journey to find, understand, and accept herself and her truth. The truth is she was hurting, running from her truth, and doing all that she could to bury, ignore and hide from her pain. Until one day enough was enough and she decided it was time to face the truth of her pain. During that journey she started “The Transparency Project” - a space where the viewers or listeners would send in questions and she and her guests would be as transparent as possible, in order to foster a since of community and give space to those who just wanted to know that they weren’t alone. From that came “Project Open Box” where she used the truth to combat depression. Teneia is a truth teller, an innovator and an advocate for the truth and healing.

She is now a certified sexual educator as well as, a sensuality and recovery coach. Through “The Perfect 10” she is doing her part to eradicate the shame that is associated with owning your sexual pleasure, provide a safe space for members of the SA community, individuals or couples to find healing, and/or exploring their sensual desires.
It is imperative that we take our pleasure seriously and understand that it is our responsibility to own our intimate truths.-Teneia Washington “The prefect 10 Sex & Recovery” was was built to give people a healthy space to get acquainted with and understand their sexual power. No matter who you are, how you identify, or how your body works we are all sexual beings who have the birth right to pleasure, support and love. No one should ever have to wade the waters of sexuality or recovery alone.

Christian (Chris) Nicole Louis is an extremely talented sensual communicator who harnesses the power of owning her own sensual desire. Through “The Perfect 10 Sex & Recovery” teaches others to do the same. Own their passion and take their pleasure by the horns. As a certified fitness instructor she is a master body manipulator.

As a passionate yogi she understands the power of a limber body, as well as a clear and open mind. Chris’ main focus’ are sex magic, sex manifestation, and assisting couples achieve the sex goals of their wildest dreams.

Now I am here to empower others to own the Goddess in them!“ As a woman who has seen many changes in her life from the birth of a child to shifts in what she thought would be forever; she understands trauma and how relational changes can alter the way that you view yourself and your pleasure but she has overcome those obstacles and is here to share with you how you can be an overcomer as well!
